AccountabilitiesAs our company's Brand Ambassador, you will deliver an iconic customer experience while meeting sales goals through selling our beauty and technology within one of our retail partners.
Responsibilities include:
Engage with customers to conduct captivating, in-store, and event demonstrations confidently in assigned retail store/s to achieve specified sales goalsActively listen to customers to confidently recommend appropriate brand products and comfortably overcome objectionsBuild relationships with retail partner staff and train on our history and productsTrack and maintain all demonstration materials and ensure marketing collateral is properly displayed in assigned retail store/sAbility to work independently and be self-motivated to meet and exceed sales goalsAssist with special events and visual merchandisingAssist with training of new associates, as neededFlexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, some weekdays, holidays, and as business dictatesSkillsMust have open availability to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - approximately 28 to 30 hours a week.

months experience in a Customer Service, Retail, and/or Sales related positionMust be able to transport between 3-5 products to and from the store locationBasic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, OutlookAccess to a private computerMust have smart phone capabilities to log hours worked, view trainings, and check e-mailAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs.
