Job Description:
Development of Engineering Installation Design Packages of Electronic Security Systems, including the creation of Block Diagrams, Riser Diagrams, Mounting and Wiring Details in AutoCADCreate Project and Device schedules with the Engineering Installation Design PackagesCreate Cable, Device, and Performance Verification Test PlansAssist in the Bids and Proposals process to capture new workParticipate in site surveys during all phases of projects.
Participate in Pre-Installation Testing and Checkout (PITCO) processes including System programming, integration testing, and equipment build outs.
Assist various calculations; including but not limited to power, heat, voltage drop, conduit sizing and bandwidth.
Assist with development of sequence of operations, compliance matrices and other project support documentation.
Participate in new product evaluations and recommendations.
Requirements:
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.
Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of experience in a technical discipline (BS) such as Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, etc.
or 0-2 years of expierence with a Master's degree.
2-4 years of experience in engineering; with preferred experience in design buildMust have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environmentAbility to effectively communicate with various customers, vendors and peersDesired:
Ability to effectively work with AutoCADExperience with Electronic Security Systems (ESS) is highly desired; Engineering, Design, or Hands-on:
ACS - Access Control SystemsIDS - Intrusion Detection Systems / Perimeter IntrusionCCTV - Closed Circuit TelevisionCertifications in any of the major Electronic Security Systems is highly desired:
Software House CCURE, Lenel, Verint, Bosch, Honeywell, Vindicator, etc.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
