Strategic Alliance Manager

LMI is currently hiring for a Strategic Alliance Manager to join our Business Development group.
This person will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of LMI's strategic partnership program.
This role is focused on developing strategies and cultivating relationships between LMI and our partners to support growth activity.
The function of this position blends technology awareness and business acumen to drive new business.
This position is located in our Tysons, VA headquarters.

Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the Alliance Manger is to enable top-line growth through the strategic use of partner channels.
Residing in the BD group, this position will touch several different groups within LMI with both internal and external stakeholders.
The framework of the alliance partnership program will be based on three partnership segments:
small businesses, emerging technologies, and technology platform providers.
Specifically, the day to day operations will include but not be limited to the following:
Design LMI's Strategic Alliance & Partnerships framework and go-to-market strategy Develop relationship management and operational models on partner engagement Work collaboratively with Market, Service Line, and CTO internal groups to derive key business requirements for optimizing partner engagement Manage key partner stakeholders working to cultivate and expand relationships Coordinate events, demos, and all joint marketing efforts related to key partners Support Sales Enablement strategies and offerings development initiatives associated key partners Work closely with Coverage and Capture Management teams to drive partnerships to pipeline to optimize relationships Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business and/or technical field 5-7 years' experience combining BD/Sales/Partnership Management Growth-oriented, self-starter who can foster relationships aligned to revenue-generating activity Command of government contracting industry and the Federal BD/Capture sales cycle Understanding of program delivery and the capture/solution development process within federal government contracting Working understanding of technology based platforms, high-tech companies, and tech business models Must be comfortable with complexity, and thinking on multiple levels of abstraction; demonstrates use of critical thinking techniques Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills Ability to work both independently and with a team Ability to travel domestically to support Alliances Authorized to work for any US employer Preferred:
Master's degree in business and/or technical field Direct experience with next-generation digital and analytical technologies such as SaaS, Cloud, Advanced Analytics Direct experience working strategic partnership and/or partner relationship management (PRM).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
