Sr. Technical Recruiter- Talent Acquisition (Intelligence)

LMI is currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support its in-house recruiting initiatives.
This position will be located in LMI's Tysons, VA location.
LMI is a consultancy dedicated to improving the business of government, drawing from deep expertise in advanced analytics, digital services, logistics, and management advisory services.

Responsibilities The Senior Corporate Recruiter will work in a challenging, high-volume, fast-paced environment.
The position is responsible for the quality and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process and implementing strategies to identify, attract, and hire high quality employees.
The Corporate Recruiter will partner with and build strong relationships with internal clients and peers.
In this role, the Corporate Recruiter will have specific responsibility for a variety of recruiting related activities including candidate sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, negotiating, as well as tracking and reporting information.
Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university.
9
years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in a government contracting environment or in both staffing and corporate environments.
Demonstrated tenure in work history is a must.
Experience recruiting professionals with all levels of security clearances.
Experience recruiting Technical professionals.
Must have a firm understanding of OFCCP compliance and the ability to track requisitions for compliance.
Ability to recruit on requisitions that are both technical and non-technical in nature.
Knowledgeable of employment law and hiring practices.
Knowledge of sourcing for DoD cleared professionals.
Proven track record of successfully meeting key performance metrics (time-to-fill ratios, interview-to-hire ratios, etc.
).
Proven success in managing and sourcing a high volume of job requisitions at one time.
Ability to maintain a robust candidate network.
Ability to work within LMIs applicant tracking system for posting positions, as well as organizing, reviewing and tracking all applicants.
Experience with iCIMS is a plus.
Experience recruiting in Finance, and IT and Business Development are a plus Ability to maintain excellent communication with any and all candidates that are being considered for future or current LMI positions.
Ability to build relationships and identify networking opportunities, as well as develop effective working relationships with the LMI management team.
Experienced in developing thorough needs assessments with hiring managers to help determine the ideal candidates for their needs.
Experienced in posting and sourcing for candidates on social media, job boards, trade organizations, etc.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
