Sr. Manager, Associate Engagement & Culture The Sr. Manager, Associate Engagement & Culture (AEC) function focuses on continuous improvement of associate engagement, culture, and overall organizational effectiveness. In collaboration with the Senior Director of Associate Engagement, the Associate Engagement Executive Sponsor, and the #cyber leadership team, the AEC will: Lead development of Associate Engagement Strategy and ensure implementation Lead associate outreach initiatives Review and develop recommendations to address associate feedback Manage and coordinate recognition programs and events Coordinate cultural initiatives with site leads and external stakeholders to ensure initiatives are in line with Capital One policy and #cyber strategic priorities The AEC team works closely with the CISO to support, encourage, and otherwise help hold the leadership team accountable for associate engagement. Additionally, the team develops and leads the implementation of objectives and action plans to address identified challenges, as well as identify, implement, and track appropriate metrics to ensure continuous improvement. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Develop and ensure #cyber leadership team implementation of #cyberassociate engagement strategy Develop initiatives to improve performance and talent management across #cyber to ensure structure, integrity, and consistency within the performance and people management life cycle Develop long-term strategies and sponsor key initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of excellence and increased associate engagement Develop and execute the annual budget, proposals, and timelines to increase associate engagement and to build and sustain the #cyber culture Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as HR, Legal, and Communications to ensure the associateexperience is contemplated Collaborate with site leads to ensure two-way communication and feedback loops Develop associate recognition strategies to include reviewing, evaluating, and making recommendations for Capital One, Tech, and Cyber recognition programs Coordinate closely with HR in an ongoing analysis of key data identifying trends and collaboratively build plans with clear goals for execution Develop, evaluate, and implement new processes to ensure associates are informed of Capital One and Cyber initiatives, programs, and announcements Collect timely data to supportassociate engagement initiatives through focus groups, surveys, town halls, one-on-one interviews, and other methodologies Evaluates and apply the data to support decisions Strategically collaborate with and build relationships across towers and with key external stakeholders HR, Tech Talent, Legal, Compliance Ensure leadership engagement through structured events, including monthly tower lead meetings, site visits, and engagement/listening sessions Optimize participation in, and performance against, All Associate Survey (AAS) metrics Plan and facilitate associate-led (non-LT) brainstorming sessions to develop proposed resolutions/commitments addressing AAS and other identified associate concerns Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience At least 8 years of experience in process management or project management At least 2 years of experience leading employee engagement projects At least 2 years of experience managing direct reports Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree 5+ years of experience managing direct reports 10+ years of experience in process management or project management 5+ years of experience in organizational development Experience using G Suite 5+ years of experience developing internal and external communications in a CMS (Content Management System) R60816

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
