Technical Program Manager

Brief Description We are seeking a Technical Program Manager who will be responsible for managing Scrum Masters and tracking Agile-Scrum metrics on a program level. They will provide agile coaching, escalate impediments, help ensure product/project delivery, manage risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time position. Primary Responsibilities Provides strategic guidance to Scrum Masters by listening to their needs and helping with problem identification and decision making. Works with Scrum Masters to ensure teams are performing to optimal potential and are challenging themselves to improve with each sprint. Effectively communicates program/project statuses and issues to executive and senior leadership. Oversees the tracking and analysis of metrics at the program level. Partners with Scrum Masters to ensure all reporting is informative and accurate. Defines and implements best practices that will help improve efficiency and strengthen communication. Actively leads and coaches all teams within a Program in Scrum adoption and Agile best practices. Engages with leadership from other departments to establish the right teams (team constitution, skill-set, location) to deliver against the program-level backlog. Creates goals/objectives for Scrum Masters and their teams that align with the goals of the Program, Technology department and Cvent's strategic initiatives. Encourages and supports the professional development of direct reports. Stays up to date with trends and best practices within the Agile community. Attends conferences and/or Agile Meet-ups as appropriate. Required Qualifications 8+ years Program/Project Management experience 5+ years experience working with Agile software teams Excellent communication and time management skills Proven record of program management and delivery success Experience with Atlassian Tools such as Jira and Confluence preferred, but not required. Other Skills/Experience - Education MS/BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent Preferred, but not required: Agile Certification (CSM, etc.) Project or Program Management Professional Certification (PMP or PgMP, etc.) SAFe certification Six Sigma - Lean experience/certification

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
