Sr. Manager, People Operations
This Sr. Manager, People Ops role will partner closely with the Vice President of Enterprise Command Center Operations. Based in Mclean, the role will have both a business management function while also creating cohesive vision & strategy for the developing and maturing the organization. As such, you will be responsible for managing the associate experience across multiple vectors.
Our team is geographically dispersed, with large hubs in Richmond, McLean, Plano and some travel may be required. The ability to work across teams and geographic locations will be key.

Demonstrate ability to quickly develop expertise on departmental processes and procedures.
Demonstrate a track record of excellent delivery, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.
Demonstrate solid listening skills, possess outstanding facilitation and conflict-resolution skills, and the ability to work in collaborative environments.
Have presentation skills to effectively communicate at all levels in the organization.
Have experience building relationships across all levels of the organization.
Job Duties:
Support the executive in executing their agenda. Help align their annual calendar to allow balanced focus across strategic and tactical imperatives.
Act as a bridge between the Leader and his organization by keeping a close ear to the ground and building trust across all levels of the organization.
Represent and reflect the leader's vision and values with integrity and passion.
Lead and manage multiple activities related to our workforce strategy, associate recruiting, headcount management, skills assessment etc.
Support the LT in establishing and tracking Organizational Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
Support timely completion of COS deliverables, including but not limited to presentations, data models, meeting minutes, S3s, Problem Solve meetings focused on follow up items and identifying accountable parties.
Assist in the management of VP's leadership team strategy, monthly town halls and blogs.
Develop, manage and execute various communications plan for internal and external stakeholders
Partner and build relationships cross-functionally with Finance, Reporting & Analysis, Architecture, HR, Communications, and business partners, as well as internal key stakeholders, enabling successful delivery on commitments.
Delivering ad hoc requests to support the VP and TOH Chief of Staff, as needed.
Coordinate and execute logistics around team building events and other leadership forums.
Establish an organizational maturity and training vision and plan and track adoption.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 8 years of experience in project or process management
At least 3 years of experience in Agile Delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with technology and management concepts and methodologies
8+ years of experience in communications planning and development

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
