Program Governance and Quality Assurance (TS/SCI with Polygraph)

Job Overview:
Engility is looking for a Program Governance and Quality Assurance professional to join an exciting program to support solution development for challenging problems. The successful candidate will be a proactive, forward-leaning self-starter able to work in a fast-paced organization spread across diverse technical areas. The successful candidate will bring a strong technical background with demonstrated technical aptitude in order to quickly understand technical concepts and communicate them in a way that can be understood by non-technical people. The right candidate will have experience in increasing the effectiveness of existing process and procedures by consolidating management and technical review boards, simplifying artifact templates, and automating processes, reviews, and approvals where possible. The candidate will work closely with the client to propose and implement Business Process Reengineering initiatives, which requires the upmost professionalism and excellent communication skills. Someone with a passion for working in a customer support role, has attention to detail, able to multi-task, and can work with multiple project leads to understand and communicate program information will thrive in this environment.
Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Requires 9 years of relevant experience and Bachelor's degree in business administration, systems engineering, finance, accounting or related field. 4 additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in requirements development and documentation.
Ability to manage diverse workloads and effectively prioritize multiple competing demands on the individual's time.
Proven experience in producing program documentation with demonstrated application of project management principles.
Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently and in the team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate processes and procedures.
Proficiency with MS Office suite needed to perform day-to-day functions.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
