Learning and Development Coordinator

Job Description

Cvent, Inc. is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to support the Learning and Development (L&D) team on our Talent Management team in the Human Resources (HR) division. The L&D team is responsible for driving the corporate learning strategy and aligning signature learning programs to business goals. As the Coordinator, you will work closely a small team to support programs and initiatives related to employee onboarding, leadership development, and eLearning.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support the planning and execution of signature learning programs and initiatives, including communication, roster maintenance, and material preparation
  • Provide administrative support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including attendance tracking, course maintenance, and reporting
  • Manage multiple inboxes and triage requests from the business
  • Collaborate with other HR teams including recruiting, HR operations, and talent management
  • Work with a fun team, meet internal stakeholders, and learn about HR practices
Skills & Requirements

What You Need for this Position

  • Bachelor s degree with 1+ years work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Has excellent organizational skills, manages time and change effectively, and successfully juggles multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Must be comfortable using Excel (including pivot tables and Vlookup) and PowerPoint to pull data reports and support PowerPoint deck creation
  • Self-starter who is flexible, action-oriented and possesses a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to comfortably work in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Event management or learning & development experience a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
