Staffing Resource Manager

Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities will include:

Managing job request and distributing to corporate recruiting and subcontract partners

Develop and maintain candidate database and network.

Reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring candidate feedback is provided

Works with security team on security clearance process requirements

Works with training team on program specific onboarding training requirements

The Resource Manager will partner with and build strong relationships with internal clients and peers.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree from accredited college or university

7+ years of staffing experience, preferably supporting intelligence community customers.

Knowledge of the Intelligence community, sourcing for cleared professionals, and understanding of the security clearance process, requirements and terminology.

Proven track record of successfully meeting key performance metrics (time-to-fill ratios, interview-to-hire ratios, etc.).

Proven success in managing and sourcing a high volume of staffing vacancies at one time.

Experience developing and maintain resume database and candidate network.

Ability to work within LMIs Program Management system for positing positions, as well as organizing, reviewing and tracking all applicants.

Maintain excellent communication with any and all candidates being considered for future or current contract positions. Build relationships and identifying networking opportunities.

Develop effective working relationships with the project management team. Ability to do a thorough needs assessment with project manager to help determine the ideal candidates for their needs.

Knowledgeable of employment law and hiring practices.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
