Senior HR Systems Workday Analyst

Job Description

Position Duties:

  • Partner with HR, Finance, and PMO to migrate Cvent to the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform including many modules and integrations
  • Help ensure the Cvent Workday deployment meets the business and technical requirements of a fast growing global company
  • Take IT service ownership of the Workday platform and 3rd party vendor relationships
  • Work closely with the business to enhance, upgrade, deploy, administer, and support Workday
  • Design, implement, and support secure inbound and outbound Workday integrations
  • Assist the business with creating complex dashboards, reports, processes, etc.
  • Participate in the Workday community to keep informed of the latest Workday toolsets and functionality
  • Drive continuous improvement of HCM systems; make recommendations, evaluate impacts, and implement new system features and releases
  • Participate and lead projects for HR Systems Team

Candidate Requirements and Skills:

  • Systems Professional with bachelor s degree in Systems/Computers/Business
  • 5 years relevant work experience
  • 3 years professional experience with Workday HR technologies
  • Highly proficient in Workday HCM/HRIS platforms, security, integrations, and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of HR processes and touch points in HCM, payroll, benefits, recruiting and talent
  • Strong abilities in systems analysis, requirements gathering, design, implementation, documentation, and project management
  • Strong analytical abilities and technical skills with understanding of the "big picture
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in audience appropriate terms
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; able to deal with ambiguity
  • Highly motivated, results oriented, able to effectively perform independently, with the ability to drive continuous improvement

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
