Description:
The Training & Communications Analyst will support internal communications and training needs for the program and the customer. He / she will work with the SMEs and process / system owners to create course content as well as schedule, organize and conduct training.
Responsibilities:
-
Support communication needs by working with users as needed, to create communication content using templates, and managing communication to the program and client resources.

Supports training and creates course content and delivers training Handles attendee-related administrative matters, prior to, during, and immediately after training, including mandatory training. Great written and verbal communication. Attention to detail is key.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent technical field. Four additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

2 years of experience in performing work encompassed by this job description within the IT setting

Candidate must be self-motivated, proactive, positive, and enjoy the challenges of software license management in a complex and unpredictable work environment

Attention to detail and procedural adherence are critical

Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and desktop applications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong logic and analytical skills

Organized and detailed documentation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

ITIL Foundations certification

Experience with utilizing SharePoint in an enterprise environment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
