MBGS - Building Facade Supeintendent - OCONUS with Security Clearance

Job Title: Facade Superintendent Location: Various International Locations Typical Responsibilities/Duties: Responsible for the supervision, coordination, installation and replacement of glass curtain-wall, storefront systems. Must be able to coordinate all on-site construction activities with the Construction Manager / General Superintendent as required to successfully complete projects on schedule and within budget. Strong Safety and Quality Control practices are paramount to the overall success of the project and must be at the forefront of coordination, planning and construction execution. Must have the ability to review drawings and specifications and develop a detailed work plan / schedule. This includes but not limited to the ability to forecast manpower power requirements. Will attend Weekly Material Management / Buyout Meetings to confirm materials, equipment and tools are being bought to support the schedule. Must be able to develop and maintain detailed daily report. Must be able to conduct constructability reviews with the Engineering department to identify and mitigate potential design issues. Have the ability to develop a detailed bill of materials for all tools, equipment, consumables, etc. for a specific scope of work. Work with the Quality Control Manager to perform field performance testing and water leakage testing for all window, curtain wall, storefront systems. Manage inventory of all components, assemblies and supplies related to the construction and maintenance of the building faade Must be able to monitor and maintain the overall progress of the exterior facade and proactively work with the Project Manager and Construction Manager to address potential scheduling conflicts / delays. Must be able to mentor, train, and provide key leadership skills. Must have be able to work with the Project Manager and Project Engineer in controlling and forecasting costs. ? Experience/Education 5-10 years of experience working as a Superintendent on construction projects Position requires a minimum "Secret" level clearance! DoS and/or DoD construction related projects preferred, but not required International experience preferred, but not required 40-HR EM-385 Safety Certification is required, training will be available to employee if not currently certified. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong technical and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent problem solving skills and ability to adapt to changing needs. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to collaborate on a daily basis with the project team. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook) Construction-document and drawing literate, with knowledge of all phases of construction. Experience and proficiency in exterior faade systems, scheduling, and cost control. Strong knowledge and appreciation of construction safety processes and ability to enforce the project safety plan.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
