Contracts Administrator/Pricing Analyst with Security Clearance

Position Title: Contracts Administrator/Pricing Analyst Schedule: M-F Location: Vienna, VA Contract Administrator you will assist in managing & monitoring contract performance from "Cradle to Grave" for multiple government prime and subcontracts. The Pricing Analysis for this proposition will support STOPSO's price-to-win and develop pricing proposal responses. This position will be located at our Headquarters office in Vienna, VA. Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to: The administration of multiple contracts from formation through closeout. The ability to provide a thorough first line review and negotiation of non-disclosure and teaming agreements. Responsible for all phases of procurement process, including contract/subcontract administration of existing programs and preparing cost volumes, rates, pricing, and terms and conditions for new business proposals. You will provide procurement and subcontracts support as required. Establish and maintain close customer contact and represent STOPSO during interaction with government Contracting Officers from various agencies to include; DOD, DHS, VA, DOJ and other intelligence communities. Work directly with program managers, and other departments in executing business and corporate processes. Provide cost projections for current contracts and provide ETCs Work with Business Development team to provide a price-to-win analysis. Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers. Must be a team player within the contracts team, as well as cross-functionally with other departments, while having the ability to work independently as appropriate. Support the development of proposals and business development activities. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
