Job Description
Basic Function: The Senior Manager, Program Operations is responsible for driving the holistic performance of resources within their assigned division. The manager will be responsible for improving performance, driving career development and minimizing program manager attrition. In addition, he or she will work to improve program manager mobility between engagements with the objective of improving client value, skill and career growth. The manager will also assist in all other aspects of team management and help drive effective processes to ensure that resources are positioned to deliver at high quality and optimum client value. He or she will regularly interact with Senior Management and Executives on strategy as well as planning and operational execution, and partner with numerous departments to achieve set goals.
Job Duties (include but not limited to):
The Senior Manager, Program Operations will be responsible for development in 4 areas: People Management & Mobility, Delivery Excellence, and Knowledge Management. In each area, he or she will:
Work with the company's leadership to define, launch, and drive critical strategic, organizational and operational recommendations to improve performance.
Influence stakeholders at all levels and across all functions by developing a credible reputation, objectively assessing business problems, and understanding how the business works.
People Management & Mobility:
Provide mentoring and coaching for personnel, support their professional development, personal learning paths, and career planning to build strong team of professionals able to deliver BI projects for customers.
Improve the global mobility of the program manager team with the objective of driving geographic agility and bill rates.
Be responsible for maintaining healthy team per agreed headcount targets, which includes providing strategic input for headcount, taking care of retention and recruitment.
Cooperate with HR, Finance, Legal, Resource Management Office and Operations team to ensure all requirements regarding work regulations per labor laws and MicroStrategy's policies are supported and fulfilled
Delivery Excellence:
Partner closely with the global resourcing team to staff projects with program managers, taking into consideration project and client factors as well as program manager's development and career
Knowledge Management:
Build and maintain technical competencies to provide program manager services for customers in strategic, technical areas.
Support the effort of gathering, archiving, enhancing and sharing the reusable project solutions, production implementations, development best practices, lessons learned, project methodologies, etc.
Support the definition and management of learning opportunities for consultants, monitoring the level of critical skills and identifying skills gaps.
Qualifications
Bachelors or equivalent degree in a business, technical, or related field
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree & a minimum of 10 years of overall experience (or equivalent) and 4+ years of supervisory/management ex

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
