Position Description¬ 
The Marketing Program Manager - Enterprise Americas will drive quality lead generation and pipeline creation/acceleration for the Public Sector business units.¬ 
This role reports directly to the Sr. Director Marketing, Public Sector.¬  This individual will collaborate with marketing, sales, client development, product marketing, market development and marketing operations to execute the appropriate integrated mix of marketing tactics including programs and events to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline for our direct sales channels. The Marketing Program Manager will be accountable for executing ¬ program marketing that aligns to the overall strategy provided by field marketing managers and will measure results and return on marketing investment.

Position Requirements¬ 
Responsibilities:



  • Create and execute targeted programs aligned with the buyer journey and buyer personas

  • Engage cross-functionally to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities.

  • Enable the field on new campaigns and activities

  • Assist in evaluation, selection and management of vendors and internal teams that contribute to local demand creation programs including events venues and services, digital marketing agencies, direct mail providers, SEO experts, designers, copywriters and list brokers.

  • Recognize and adapt to changes to the marketplace and industry and quickly adjust marketing plans accordingly to assure continued success.

  • Execute marketing plans to support the appropriate marketing mix to ensure a healthy pipeline to drive consistent growth across our business unit

  • Work with product marketing to develop tools, training and content

  • Own and maintain portals for on-demand assets and tools

  • Own marketing calendar management and distribution for our business unit

  • Work closely with Marketing Operations team around requirements for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting

  • Forecast, measure, analyze, refine, improve and report on impact of programs

  • Research,¬  design and manage live events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates

  • Other tasks/projects as assigned

  • Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.

Education, Experience & Training required:

  • Degree level education with 2-4 years marketing experience in Public Sector market with a focus on product marketing.

  • Experience developing and executing successful lead gen and sales enablement marketing plans

  • Experience with MS Office applications, CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Marketo, content and calendar management tools, analytics and campaign tracking tools (Tableau).

  • Experience with Customer Journey maps and customer marketing a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
