Responsibilities:
Collaborate with data and subject matter experts from client and its customer teams to seek, understand, validate, interpret, and correctly use data and business insights Train, validate and deploy machine learning pipelines Test, troubleshoot, and enhance customer software applications with and on behalf of customers Identify application performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations Write application specifications, tutorials and documentation Preferred
Qualifications:
MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent fields Applied Machine Learning experience (regression and classification, supervised, and unsupervised learning) Strong mathematical background (linear algebra, calculus, probability and statistics) Proficiency in time-series data analysis, cleansing, and normalization Experience with scalable Machine Learning (MapReduce, streaming) Software development experience with JavaScript and Python Experience with Git or other version control software Ability to drive a project and work both independently and in a team Smart, motivated, can do attitude, and seeks to make a difference Excellent verbal and written communication Data Scientist - TS - SCI Clearance with CI /FS Polygraph @ Tysons, VA (Onsite) Recommended Skills Communication Data Analysis Data Streaming Electrical Engineering Git Information Technology Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
