M/T Position SummaryThe VP of IT & Infrastructure Solutions will provide business and operational support for all contracts within the Intel and Network Solutions Business Unit, including O&M, Customer Satisfaction, Invoicing, P&L, supervises PMs and Site Leads on various contracts, Organic Growth, and is reports to the SVP, Intel and Network Solutions.
The successful candidate will also collaborate with and provide technical support for solution development, opportunity identification, and proposal development in support of MicroTech's growth strategy.
These technical support initiatives will encompass Enterprise Level IT, Cyber Security, Telecommunications, Application/Web Development, and Cloud Based opportunities.
Responsibilitieso Direct Interface with Site Leads/On-site Project Managers to ensure contract scope and delivery milestones are within acceptable parameters.
o Ensure all financial aspects of contracts are within budget.
o Direct Interface with the Government POCs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
o Direct Interface and oversight of Site Leads/PM's, ensuring the proper execution of their programs.
o Attends weekly/monthly status meetings; Monitor and Report Program Status.
o Mentor and develop PMs in the division to ensure their preparation for the next level of responsibility.
o Identify, shape, and pursue new and organic business opportunities in coordination with the SVP, Intel, & Infrastructure Solutions.
o Participate in the development and review of proposals, workload breakdowns/estimates, and cost estimations.
o Perform as a Site Lead and/or PM on contracts as required.
Required Qualificationso Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology (IT) or equivalent discipline.
o Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
o DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
o Must have a minimum of 5 years of Federal Government IT and Network experience.
o Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical projects of varying degrees of complexity/size.
o Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures with new and organic business growth.
o Must have excellent problem-solving and critical reasoning skills.
o Excellent interpersonal communications, both oral and written research, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualificationso Demonstrated experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L) for multiple contracts of varying degrees of complexity/size.
o Demonstrated experience/understanding with opportunity identification, customer interface, and proposal support activities.
o DoD 8570.
01-M IAT II certification.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
