Provide support to the in solutioning, proposal development and submission.
Support various meetings and working group sessions at Leidos and customer site.
Basic
Qualifications:
Must be a US CitizenMust possess a Top-Secret clearance ability to obtain a polygraphDemonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Biology or another medical related fieldTypically requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 12
years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10
years or prior relevant experience.
Generally, has 7
years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, and schedule and financial data monitoring and reporting.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification, or similarExperience with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), National Center for Medical Intelligence (NCMI)Working understanding of DIA Analytic Design, product line, and style guide.
Working understanding of ICD 203 & 206.
Experience in managing MIDB records.
Experience supervising intelligence or medical analysis projects.
Experience or exposure to medical intelligence analysis and/or Emerging and disruptive Technology analysis.
Excellent written and oral communication skillsMust have an active TS/SCI with a polygraph to be considered for this position.
White Belt or successive Lean and/or Six Sigma certificationPay Range:
Pay Range - -The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
