Field Service Representative (FSR) 2nd Shift

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's of Science degree or Technology degree, a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Polygraph is Required at time of hire.
Applicants selected will be subject to a US Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, US citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position:
General Dynamics Mission Systems has an immediate opening for a Field Service Representative (FSR).
This position provides an opportunity to further advance the cutting-edge technology that supports some of our nation's core defense/intelligence services and systems.

Shift 2nd:
2PM to 10 PMREPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:
Analyzes effects of projects upon various areas such as Engineering, Facilities, and the labor pool to determine the most practical and cost-efficient methods to obtain the required resourcesDesigns systems, software and equipment layoutDesigns, develops, analyzes, troubleshoots and provides technical skills during research and/or product developmentDetermines, monitors, and reviews costs, operational budgets and schedules, and manpower requirementsDevelops test plans and preventative maintenance programsDevelops, implements, installs, tests, modifies and/or operates complex equipment and systemsEffective creative application of technical competence within domain of expertiseEffectively participates on the engineering work team and supports other team membersconcerning experiment design, materials, equipment setup/maintenance and related issuesEstablishes work methodology and sequence to gather and organize data for review with appropriate engineer(s) in support of projectFormulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirementsGathers and organizes data for review with appropriate engineer(s) in support of projectInstructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the systemMaintains records, compiles reports, graphs, charts and related data in support of projectsMakes recommendations and coordinates and identifies resources required to meet definedproject requirementsParticipates in the tactical planning for completion of identified project segmentPerforms research and engineering laboratory functions involving the layout, building, testing, troubleshooting and repairing of devices, assemblies, subsystems, and systemsPrepares and coordinates the plans and schedules for new or existing programsProvides technical expertise to customers, users or company personnel either at domestic or international field sitesRegular communication with other internal customer's/work teamsResolves proposal preparation problems and assesses the progress against established plans and parametersServes as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projectsServes as technical support resource with a demonstrated level of narrowly focused technical competence within defined engineering disciplineSupports and participates in negotiations with customerUtilizes defined resources to meet project requirementsKNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
